1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Huicast Telecom Limited ("Huicast", "we", "us"), including our website at huicast.cn and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Services

Huicast provides network infrastructure services (including but not limited to LIR/ASN management, BGP transit, IP allocation), cloud computing and container orchestration services, and AI-powered business intelligence solutions.

3. User Obligations

• You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable local and international laws.
• You shall not use our network infrastructure for any activity that violates routing policies, generates spam, or facilitates cyber attacks.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Service Level Agreements

Specific SLAs for network uptime, latency guarantees, and support response times are defined in individual service contracts. The general target network availability is 99.95%.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and intellectual property on this website are owned by Huicast Telecom Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huicast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

Clients utilizing our network and cloud infrastructure must adhere to MANRS (Mutually Agreed Norms for Routing Security) best practices. Any activity involving BGP hijacking, IP spoofing, or unauthorized route announcements will result in immediate service termination.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or our infrastructure.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
